EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
How do I return an item?
If you need to return an item then simply return it to us within 10 days of receipt in its original, saleable condition. Please note that sale items are EXCHANGEABLE ONLY.
Please make sure;
All the original labels, tags are still attached
Not worn or damaged
Has no makeup, fake tan or other marks on it
Must be posted back within 10 days from receipt
Please fill in the form provided and use the address label to cut and stick on your returns parcel. If you have lost or misplaced this form please print a new one here.
On your returns form, tick the items you want to return or exchange
Tell us why you’re returning it using the reason codes provided (was it too big, too small? just not what you thought?)
Enclose your returns form with the item(s) and package up securely, using the original packaging if possible
Please keep your proof of postage – we’ll need this if there are issues with your return.
We do not refund the cost of original postage or return shipping charges, however if you have paid for your item using PayPal you can use PayPal Returns for free returns. Please see the PayPal Returns section below for more information.

If you have purchased your item via PayPal you can use the PayPal Returns service for your returns. This service will reimburse the cost of your return. Terms and conditions apply. Please follow the link for more information.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
If you are eligible for a refund this will be actioned within 5 working days of receipt of the return. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment whether it be PayPal or credit and debit card.
We do not refund any shipping or postal costs.
Returns are your responsibility as we do not offer a pre-paid returns service so we recommend you send back items via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or a similar trackable method. In the event that we do not receive the returned goods, we will ask you to provide the certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof of postage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting.
Non Refundable Items
Any item that has been worn, labels removed, or has any make up, deodorant, perfume marks or sale items.
If you would like to exchange your item please state your size in the comments box of the returns form If we have this in stock we will send out to you via standard delivery at no extra cost.
Please note that any exchange requests from the same initial order must all be requested at the same time as we will not send out multiple packages for exchanges.
If we don’t have your size in stock we will offer a full refund or store credit
